FDA Notifies Generic Drug Facilities of Annual Identification Requirements

The FDA is reminding generic drug facilities and certain sites and organizations to submit identification information annually, as mandated by the Generic Drug User Fee Act Amendments of 2012, to comply with the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act.
