FDA Announces Generic Drug User Fee Rate for Fiscal Year 2013

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the backlog fee rate for generic drug user fees for fiscal year 2013, which is $17,434 and effective on October 1, 2012, as mandated by the Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2012 (GDUFA).
