Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed eCollection eComments Requested; Extension of a Previously Approved Collection

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division has submitted the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with established review procedures of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed information collection is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies.
