DEA Proposes Scheduling AB-CHMINACA, AB-PINACA, and THJ-2201 as Schedule I Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration has proposed placing AB-CHMINACA, AB-PINACA, and THJ-2201, including their salts and isomers, into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, subject to a formal rulemaking process and public hearing, in an effort to impose stricter regulatory controls and penalties on those who handle these substances.
