U.S. Attorney General Delegates Authority for Mutual Legal Assistance

The U.S. Attorney General has delegated authority to the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division to facilitate cooperation with foreign countries on criminal matters, with certain restrictions, and this authority can be further delegated to other officials.
