Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed eCollection eComments Requested; Application for Alternate Means of Identification of Firearm(s) (Marking Variance) (ATF Form 3311.4)

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a new information collection related to firearm marking variances, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on November 29, 2016, which allowed for a 60-day public comment period.
