Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is seeking OMB approval to extend and modify the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) for an additional period, following a public request for comments on the proposed changes.
