Bureau of Justice Statistics to Submit Revision to Annual Survey of Jails and Deaths in Custody Reporting Program-Local Jails Information Collection

The Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval to revise its Annual Survey of Jails and Deaths in Custody Reporting Program-Local Jails information collection, which is currently set to be submitted for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
