DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request for PACT Act Registration Form

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection, the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act Registration Form, ATF F 5070.1, following a previously announced 60-day public comment period that began on March 14, 2017.
