Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for National Instance Criminal Background Check System

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, in collaboration with the Department of Justice, is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection request related to the National Instance Criminal Background Check System, following a previously published 60-day public comment period.
