Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Applicant Reference Check Questionnaire

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service, is seeking OMB approval for the use of Form USM-164, Applicant Reference Check Questionnaire, as part of their information collection activities, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
