Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Revision of Imported Firearms and Defense Articles Collection

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting OMB review and approval of a revised information collection, 1140-0007, which changes references from 'Implements of War' to 'Defense Articles' and updates the collection title to 'Release and Receipt of Imported Firearms, Ammunition, and Defense Articles'.
