DEA Schedules AB-CHMINACA, AB-PINACA, and THJ-2201 as Schedule I Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule placing the synthetic compounds AB-CHMINACA, AB-PINACA, and THJ-2201 into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, effective immediately, and will impose strict regulatory controls and penalties on those who handle, manufacture, or distribute these substances.
