EPA Lodges Proposed Consent Decrees and Requests Comments on Restoration Plan for Contaminated Sites

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged proposed consent decrees under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and made a draft restoration plan and environmental assessment available for public comment.
