DEA to Temporarily Schedule Fentanyl-Related Substances in Schedule I

The Drug Enforcement Administration is publishing a notice of intent to issue a temporary order temporarily scheduling fentanyl-related substances that are not currently listed in any schedule of the Controlled Substances Act, imposing regulatory requirements and penalties for non-compliance.
