Raw or Semi-Finished Metals Covered Under IFCA 1245(d)

The Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act (IFCA) of 2012 Section 1245(d) describes "graphite, raw or semi-finished metals such as aluminum and steel, coal, and software for integrating industrial processes." The Department of State is providing notice of a list of materials that constitute "raw or semi-finished metals" under IFCA 1245(d) for the purpose of implementing provisions of IFCA delegated to the Secretary of State, including Sections 1245(a)(1)(B), 1245(a)(1)(C), and 1245(e).

30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Application Under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction

The Department of State has submitted the information collection described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

The former Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs Contact List, State-03 which is being rescinded, contained contact information from business, labor, agricultural and non-government organizations, and others working in the international economic arena as well as individuals who were interested in or requested information about economic issues. The information was used for inviting individuals to Department briefings on international economic issues, disseminating speeches and articles on economic issues by Department officials, and providing U.S. government fact sheets on major international economic issues.
