U.S. Department of State Amends International Traffic in Arms Regulations to Clarify Export Controls on Military Items

The Department of State has revised the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to provide more precise descriptions of articles on the U.S. Munitions List that pose a critical military or intelligence advantage, warranting export and temporary import controls.
