Department of State Seeks Emergency Processing of Public Charge Questionnaire

The Department of State is requesting emergency processing of the proposed form DS-5540, Public Charge Questionnaire, from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in order to implement its interim final rule on visa ineligibility by February 24, 2020.
