US Department of State Proposes Rule to Update Publication of International Agreements

The US Department of State is proposing to update its regulations to clarify the scope of an existing exemption for certain international agreements from publication in the Treaties and Other International Acts Series (TIAS), the official treaty series of the US, which serves as evidence in all US courts and public offices.
