DOL Withdraws Proposed Rule on Occupational Health Risk Assessment

The US Department of Labor is withdrawing its proposed rule on occupational health risk assessment, which aimed to standardize procedures for assessing health risks in workplaces and increase public input on the Department's health rulemakings.
