NMFS Issues New Record of Decision for Steller Sea Lion and Northern Fur Seal Research

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a new Record of Decision (ROD) for the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for Steller Sea Lion and Northern Fur Seal Research, allowing for 12 permits to be issued for research on these species in the United States.
