Request for Comments on Renewal of Mariner Pretest Survey

The U.S. Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on its plan to renew the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the Mariner Survey, a voluntary survey of merchant mariners, which will help determine the number of qualified mariners available to serve during times of national need.
