NYSE Amex LLC Proposes Rule Change to Extend Odd-Lot Order Transmission to DMM Unit Algorithm

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change to extend the transmission of odd-lot order-by-order information to the DMM Unit Algorithm prior to the opening transaction from August 31, 2009 to October 31, 2009. The proposed rule change will be effective immediately.
