Jackson National Life Insurance Company and affiliates seek exemption from regulatory rules for variable annuity contracts

Jackson National Life Insurance Company and its affiliates are requesting a regulatory exemption to allow for the recapture of certain contract enhancements in variable annuity contracts, which would enable them to issue similar contracts in the future.
