EPA Approves Limited Maintenance Plan for Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, to Meet PM10 Air Quality Standards

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a plan to reduce particulate matter air pollution in the Guaynabo area of Puerto Rico, meeting the national air quality standards for PM10.
