EPA Proposes Approval of Louisiana Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Louisiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the emissions inventory requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the Baton Rouge ozone nonattainment area, which must be completed by August 7, 2024.
