Fees for the Unified Carrier Registration Plan and Agreement

The proposed rule would introduce annual registration fees and a fee structure for the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement, starting from January 1, 2010, as mandated by the Unified Carrier Registration Act of 2005, which is part of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users, amended recently.
