EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Rocket Testing Operations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which includes an opacity variance for rocket motor test operations at the Atlantic Research Corporation's Orange County Facility, allowing for alternative emissions standards.
