EPA Approves Kansas Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Kansas' Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) permit program and updated the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit (MSWLP) program, following a 2004 and 2008 application process.
