Indian Health Service Requests Public Comment on Proposed Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Indian Health Service is seeking public comment on a proposed three-year information collection project, the Indian Health Service Customer Satisfaction Survey, to be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
