SEC Proposes New System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is proposing a new system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974, which will collect information related to SEC Ethics Conduct Rules, including outside employment and activities, and covered securities transactions. The proposed system, SEC-60, will be used to maintain records of applicable SEC Ethics Conduct Rules.
