Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Safety Zone Around Seal Island, Maine

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a 60-foot deep buffer zone off the coast of Seal Island, Maine, to safeguard mariners from hazardous munitions and explosives, and to prevent unauthorized access to the area.
