FEC to Allow New Quiet Zones Along Florida East Coast Railway Line

The Florida East Coast Railway Company will permit public authorities to establish New Quiet Zones along its line, following the implementation of a final rule that establishes an excess risk estimate of 90.9 percent for public highway-rail grade crossings.
