U.S. Government to Offer Coal Leases in North Dakota Through Competitive Bidding Process

The U.S. Department of the Interior will hold a competitive coal lease sale in Oliver County, North Dakota, where coal reserves will be offered for lease through a sealed bid process in accordance with the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920.
