U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 12-Month Finding on Petition to List Astragalus anserinus (Goose Creek milkvetch) as Threatened or Endangered

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined that listing Astragalus anserinus, also known as Goose Creek milkvetch, as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 is warranted, but is currently precluded by higher priority actions. The species will be added to the candidate species list and a proposed rule will be developed to list it as priorities allow.
