Columbia Funds Series Trust, et al. Seek Approval to Invest in Certain Financial Instruments

Columbia Funds Series Trust and its affiliate, Columbia Funds Series Trust II, along with their investment advisor, Columbia Management Advisors, LLC, have submitted a request to the relevant authorities to obtain permission to invest in specific financial instruments, as allowed under the Act.
