EPA Revokes and Modifies Certain Pesticide Tolerances, Establishes New Ones

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized regulatory actions on pesticide tolerances, revoking or modifying existing tolerances for various fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, and plant growth regulators, while establishing new tolerances for some products, following the Agency's reregistration program and tolerance reassessment program under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), section 408(q).
