FAA Announces Availability of Draft TSO-C166b for Extended Squitter ADS-B and TIS-B Equipment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is releasing a draft technical standard order (TSO) for extended squitter automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) and traffic information-broadcast (TIS-B) equipment operating on 1090 MHz, and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
