No FEAR Act Notice Fulfillment

The Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) has issued a notice to fulfill its obligations under the No FEAR Act, a federal law that requires the Office of Personnel Management to notify current and former employees of their rights under the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002. The notice is a response to the SIGIR's "No FEAR Act Notice" Federal Register publication requirement.
