Incidental Takes of Marine Mammals During Specified Activities; Harbor Activities Related to the Delta IV/Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle at Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to United Launch Alliance (ULA) to minimize the impact of Delta IV/Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) activities at Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA, in compliance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA). The authorization allows for small numbers of marine mammal harassment, limited to Level B, in support of harbor activities.
