EPA Approves New Mexico State Implementation Plan Revisions for Excess Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the New Mexico State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by Governor of New Mexico on behalf of the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) to address excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction activities, as required by the Clean Air Act.
