NHTSA Requests Public Comment on New Information Collection for Assessment of Contextual Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS)

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection related to the Assessment of Contextual Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS), a process established by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
