NMFS Proposes Programmatic Exempted Fishing Permit for Study Fleet Program

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Northeast Region, NMFS, has proposed issuing a programmatic Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) for the Study Fleet Program, which would grant exemptions from minimum fish sizes and possession and landing limits for seven vessels in the Northeastern United States, pending further review and consultation.
