Notice of Availability of Government-Owned Inventions for Licensing

The U.S. Government, represented by the Secretary of the Navy, has made a government-owned invention, a Human Behavioral Simulator for Cognitive Decision-Making, available for licensing by the Department of the Navy, as described in U.S. Patent Application Number 12/460,172 filed on July 9, 2009.
