NASDAQ OMX PHLX, Inc. Seeks Extension of FLEX Minimum Size Pilot Program

NASDAQ OMX PHLX, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to extend the FLEX Minimum Size Pilot Program, which is currently set to expire. The proposed rule change, if approved, would allow the program to continue beyond its scheduled end date.
