U.S. Issues Countervailing Duty Order on Chinese Kitchen Appliance Shelving and Racks

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a countervailing duty order on certain kitchen appliance shelving and racks from the People's Republic of China, following an investigation by the U.S. International Trade Commission that found material injury to the U.S. refrigeration shelving industry and threat of material injury to the U.S. oven racks industry.
