Marine Mammals: Amendments to Scientific Research Permits Issued

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Southwest Fisheries Science Center and Montana State University have issued amendments to scientific research permits for marine mammal studies, with changes made by Principal Investigator Michael Goebel and Ecology Department expert Robert A. Garrott.
