Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Updates Regulations on Terminating Single-Employer Plans

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation has issued a final rule updating its regulations on asset allocation and benefit payments for terminating single-employer plans, effective October 2009, and making interest assumptions available on its website.
