US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Marsan Not the Successor to Gidasa for CVD Cash Deposit Rates

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is not the successor to Gidasa Sabanci Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. for countervailing duty cash deposit rates, and therefore its pasta products will continue to be subject to the 'all others' rate.
