Millennium Challenge Account Eligibility Criteria Report for Fiscal Year 2010

The U.S. government has released a report outlining the criteria and methodology for determining the eligibility of candidate countries for Millennium Challenge Account assistance in fiscal year 2010, as mandated by the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003.
